doc: mention the edge case of hex durations with 'd' suffix
* doc/coreutils.texi (sleep invocation): Mention that suffixes are
best avoided with hex arguments.
(timeout invocation): Likewise.
* tests/misc/sleep.sh: Ensure 'd' is not interpreted as "day".
