tree: add repository argument to lookup_tree

Add a repository argument to allow the callers of lookup_tree to be more specific about which repository to act on. This is a small mechanical change; it doesn't change the implementation to handle repositories other than the_repository yet. As with the previous commits, use a macro to catch callers passing a repository other than the_repository at compile time. In a process with multiple repositories open, packfile accessors should be associated to a single repository and not shared globally. Convert sha1_object_info and sha1_object_info_extended to take pointers to struct object_id and rename them to use "oid" instead of "sha1" in their names. revision.c: --all adds HEAD from all worktrees

Unless single_worktree is set, --all now adds HEAD from all worktrees. Since reachable.c code does not use setup_revisions(), we need to call other_head_refs_submodule() explicitly there to have the same effect on "git prune", so that we won't accidentally delete objects needed by some other HEADs. A new FIXME is added because we would need something like int refs_other_head_refs(struct ref_store *, each_ref_fn, cb_data); in addition to other_head_refs() to handle it, which might require int get_submodule_worktrees(const char *submodule, int flags); It could be a separate topic to reduce the scope of this one.
