Documentation/arch/x86/x86_64/boot-options.rst is causing unnecessary confusion by being a second place where one can put x86 boot options. Move them into the main one. Reorganize the introduction to the kernel-parameters file to place related paragraphs together: - move module info together and near the beginning - add a Special Handling section for dashes, underscores, double quotes, cpu lists, and metric (KMG) suffixes. Add a kernel parameter to work-around discrepancies between hardware and platform firmware, it's not unusual to see e.g. 38.4MHz listed in _DSD properties as the SoundWire clock source, but the hardware may be based on a 19.2 MHz mclk source.
