dma-mapping: use unsigned long for dma_attrs

The dma-mapping core and the implementations do not change the DMA attributes passed by pointer. Thus the pointer can point to const data. However the attributes do not have to be a bitfield. Instead unsigned long will do fine: 1. This is just simpler. Both in terms of reading the code and setting attributes. Instead of initializing local attributes on the stack and passing pointer to it to dma_set_attr(), just set the bits. 2. It brings safeness and checking for const correctness because the attributes are passed by value. clocksource/drivers/microblaze: Convert init function to return error

The init functions do not return any error. They behave as the following: - panic, thus leading to a kernel crash while another timer may work and make the system boot up correctly or - print an error and let the caller unaware if the state of the system Change that by converting the init functions to return an error conforming to the CLOCKSOURCE_OF_RET prototype. KASAN needs to know whether the allocation happens in an IRQ handler. This lets us strip everything below the IRQ entry point to reduce the number of unique stack traces needed to be stored. Move the definition of __irq_entry to so that the users don't need to pull in . Also introduce the __softirq_entry macro which is similar to __irq_entry, but puts the corresponding functions to the .softirqentry.text section.
