<title>parisc: Enable seccomp architecture tracking</title>

To enable seccomp constant action bitmaps, we need to have a static
mapping to the audit architecture and system call table size. Add these
for parisc.

Switch to using the newly created asm-generic/seccomp.h for the seccomp
strict mode syscall definitions. Definitions were identical.

With secure computing we only support the SECCOMP_MODE_STRICT mode for
now.
