regmap: mdio: make it depend on PHYLIB

MDIO-based regmap is the last user of config symbol MDIO_BUS. MDIO access needs a MII bus, which requires PHYLIB for the provider part. Therefore make REGMAP_MDIO depend on PHYLIB, what allows to remove config symbol MDIO_BUS in a follow-up patch. Note: After c5a219395b4e ("regmap: Move selecting for REGMAP_MDIO and REGMAP_IRQ") switching to "depends on" should be fine, w/o risk of a circular dependency. regmap: Enable REGMAP when REGMAP_SLIMBUS is enabled

Invisible symbol REGMAP defaults to y when any of the REGMAP_* symbols is enabled, effectively auto-enabling it when needed. However, REGMAP_SLIMBUS is missing from the list. Currently this does not cause any issues, as all symbols selecting REGMAP_SLIMBUS also select REGMAP and/or REGMAP_IRQ. Add REGMAP_SLIMBUS to the list for consistency, and to prevent any future issues. regmap: Move selecting for REGMAP_MDIO and REGMAP_IRQ

If either REGMAP_IRQ or REGMAP_MDIO are set then REGMAP is also set. This then enables the selecting of IRQ_DOMAIN or MDIO_BUS from REGMAP based on the above two symbols respectively. This makes it very easy to end up with "circular dependencies". Instead select the IRQ_DOMAIN or MDIO_BUS from the symbols that make use of them. This is almost equivalent to before but makes it less likely to end up with false circular dependency detections. regmap: Provide user selectable option to enable regmap

Since apparently enabling all the KUnit tests shouldn't enable any new subsystems it is hard to enable the regmap KUnit tests in normal KUnit testing scenarios that don't enable any drivers. Add a Kconfig option to help with this and include it in the KUnit all tests config. regmap: REGMAP_KUNIT should not select REGMAP

Enabling a (modular) test should not silently enable additional kernel functionality, as that may increase the attack vector of a product. Fix this by: 1. making REGMAP visible if CONFIG_KUNIT_ALL_TESTS is enabled, 2. making REGMAP_KUNIT depend on REGMAP instead of selecting it. After this, one can safely enable CONFIG_KUNIT_ALL_TESTS=m to build modules for all appropriate tests for ones system, without pulling in extra unwanted functionality, while still allowing a tester to manually enable REGMAP and its test suite on a system where REGMAP is not enabled by default. regmap: Add some basic kunit tests

On the theory that it's better to make a start let's add some KUnit tests for regmap. Currently this is a bit of a mess but it passes and hopefully will at some point help catch problems. We provide very basic cover for most of the core functionality that operates at the register level, repeating each test for each cache type in order to exercise the caches. There is no coverage of anything to do with the bulk operations at the bus level or formatting for byte stream buses yet. Each test creates it's own regmap since the cache structures are built incrementally, meaning we gain coverage from the different access patterns, and some of the tests cover different init scenarios. regmap: Add RAM backed register map

Add a register map that is a simple array of memory, for use in KUnit testing of the framework. This is not exposed in regmap.h since I can't think of a non-test use case, it is purely for use internally. To facilitate testing we track if registers have been read or written to. regmap: Removed compressed cache support

The compressed register cache support has assumptions that make it hard to cover in testing, mainly that it requires raw registers defaults be provided. Rather than either address these assumptions or leave it untested by the forthcoming KUnit tests let's remove it, the use case is quite thin and there are no current users.
