Use of_property_present() to test for property presence rather than of_(find|get)_property(). This is part of a larger effort to remove callers of of_find_property() and similar functions. of_find_property() leaks the DT struct property and data pointers which is a problem for dynamically allocated nodes which may be freed. cpufreq: Adjust includes to remove of_device.h

Now that of_cpu_device_node_get() is defined in of.h, of_device.h is just implicitly including other includes, and is no longer needed. cpufreq: Make cpufreq_generic_init() return void

It always returns 0 (success) and its return type should really be void. Over that, many drivers have added error handling code based on its return value, which is not required at all.
