Since EXYNOS5440 can select PINCTRL_EXYNOS5440 without PINCTRL_SAMSUNG, it should be fixed. In detail, PINCTRL_SAMSUNG is a kind of frame work for supporting pinctrl on most Samsung SoCs including S3C, S5P as well except EXYNOS5440 so PINCTRL_EXYNOS5440 has been implemented separated. CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev* markings need to be removed. This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata, __devinitconst, and __devexit from these drivers. gpio/mvebu-gpio: Make mvebu-gpio depend on OF_CONFIG

When building without device tree support (for the mv78x00 SoCs for example), the build failed because of_irq_count is undeclared. However mvebu-gpio is not designed to build without device tree support. So make it depends on OF_CONFIG, remove the #ifdef OF_CONFIG line and the platform_device_id.
