This patch removes the usage of console_(un)lock
by replacing drm_fb_helper_set_suspend() to
drm_fb_helper_set_suspend_unlocked() which locks and
unlocks the console instead of locking ourselves.

Instead of calling gart address space on every bo pin,
allocates it on demand

v2: fix error handling
v3: drop the change on amdgpu_amdkfd_gpuvm.c, not needed.

We still use legacy type of gem_object_create, it should update to ttm_bo_type
now.

Since drm_framebuffer can now store GEM objects directly, place them
there rather than in our own subclass. As this makes the framebuffer
create_handle and destroy functions the same as the GEM framebuffer
helper, we can reuse those.

On CZ and newer APUs we can pin the fb into GART as well as VRAM.

v2: Don't enable gpu_vm_support for Raven yet since it leads to
    a black screen. Need to debug this further before enabling.
