drm/amd/display: Don't clear ref_dtbclk value

[Description] ref_dtbclk value is assigned in clk_mgr_construct, but the clks struct is cleared in init_clocks. Make sure to restore the value or we will get 0 value for ref_dtbclk in DCN31. drm: Rename dp/ to display/

Rename dp/ to display/ to account for additional display-related helpers, such as HDMI. Update all related include statements. No functional changes. Various drivers, such as i915 and amdgpu, use similar naming scheme by putting code for video-output standards into a local display/ directory.
