The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

<title>drm/bridge: nwl-dsi: Convert to platform remove callback returning void</title>

The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes
many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by
returning an error code. However the value returned is (mostly) ignored
and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve here there is a
quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first step of this
quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new() which already returns
void.

Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove
callback to the void returning variant.

drm_crtc.h has no need for linux/media-bus-format.h, so don't
include it. Avoids useless rebuilds of the entire universe when
touching linux/media-bus-format.h.

Quite a few placs do currently depend on linux/media-bus-format.h
without actually including it directly. All of those need to be
fixed up.

The Northwest Logic MIPI DSI host controller embedded in i.MX8qxp
works with a Mixel MIPI DPHY + LVDS PHY combo to support either
a MIPI DSI display or a LVDS display. So, this patch calls
phy_set_mode() from nwl_dsi_mode_set() to set PHY mode to MIPI DPHY
explicitly.

Since this driver has been changed to use the resource managed
devm_drm_of_get_bridge() to get bridge from -&gt;attach(), it's
unnecessary to call drm_of_panel_bridge_remove() to remove the
bridge from -&gt;detach(). So, let's drop the drm_of_panel_bridge_remove()
function call. As nwl_dsi_bridge_detach() only calls
drm_of_panel_bridge_remove(), it can also be dropped.

devm_drm_of_get_bridge is capable of looking up the downstream
bridge and panel and trying to add a panel bridge if the panel
is found.

Replace explicit finding calls with devm_drm_of_get_bridge.

struct drm_display_mode embeds a list head, so overwriting
the full struct with another one will corrupt the list
(if the destination mode is on a list). Use drm_mode_copy()
instead which explicitly preserves the list head of
the destination mode.

Even if we know the destination mode is not on any list
using drm_mode_copy() seems decent as it sets a good
example. Bad examples of not using it might eventually
get copied into code where preserving the list head
actually matters.

Obviously one case not covered here is when the mode
itself is embedded in a larger structure and the whole
structure is copied. But if we are careful when copying
into modes embedded in structures I think we can be a
little more reassured that bogus list heads haven't been
propagated in.
