<title>drm/atomic: Add TV subconnector property to get/set_property</title>

The subconnector property was created by drm_mode_create_tv_properties(),
but wasn't exposed to the userspace through the generic
atomic_get/set_property implementation, and wasn't stored in any generic
state structure.

Let's solve this.

There is two TV subconnector related properties registered by
drm_mode_create_tv_properties(): subconnector and select subconnector.

While the select subconnector property is stored in the kernel by the
drm_tv_connector_state structure, the subconnector property isn't stored
anywhere.

Worse, the select subconnector property is stored in a field called
subconnector, creating some ambiguity about which property content we're
accessing.

Let's rename that field to one called select_subconnector to make it move
obvious what it's about.

drm_crtc.h has no need for drm_frambuffer.h, so don't include it.
Avoids useless rebuilds of the entire universe when
touching drm_framebuffer.h.

Quite a few placs do currently depend on drm_framebuffer.h without
actually including it directly. All of those need to be fixed
up.

<title>drm: handle kernel fences in drm_gem_plane_helper_prepare_fb v2</title>

drm_gem_plane_helper_prepare_fb() was using
drm_atomic_set_fence_for_plane() which ignores all implicit fences when an
explicit fence is already set. That's rather unfortunate when the fb still
has a kernel fence we need to wait for to avoid presenting garbage on the
screen.

So instead update the fence in the plane state directly. While at it also
take care of all potential GEM objects and not just the first one.

Also remove the now unused drm_atomic_set_fence_for_plane() function, new
drivers should probably use the atomic helpers directly.

v2: improve kerneldoc, use local variable and num_planes, WARN_ON_ONCE
    on missing planes.

The DRM_UT_STATE controls whether we're calling
drm_atomic_print_new_state() whenever a new state is committed. However,
that call is made in the drm_mode_atomic_ioctl(), whereas we have
multiple users of the drm_atomic_commit() function in the kernel
(framebuffer emulation, drm_atomic_helper_dirtyfb, etc.).

This leads to multiple states being committed but never actually
displayed even though we asked to have verbose atomic state debugging.

Let's move the call to drm_atomic_print_new_state() to
drm_atomic_commit() to make sure we don't miss any. Non-blocking commits
were never logged though, and it would create too much churn in the logs
to do so, so leave them out for now.

Make sure we don't assign an error pointer to crtc_state-&gt;mode_blob
as that will break all kinds of places that assume either NULL or a
valid pointer (eg. drm_property_blob_put()).

DRM_DEBUG_* and DRM_* log calls are deprecated.
Change them to drm_dbg_* / drm_{err,info,...} calls in drm core
files.

To avoid making a very big patch, this change is split in
smaller patches. This one includes drm_a*.c

Add support for generic electronic privacy screen properties, that
can be added by systems that have an integrated EPS.

Changes in v2 (Hans de Goede)
- Create 2 properties, "privacy-screen sw-state" and
"privacy-screen hw-state", to deal with devices where the OS might be
locked out of making state changes
- Write kerneldoc explaining how the 2 properties work together, what
happens when changes to the state are made outside of the DRM code's
  control, etc.

Changes in v3 (Hans de Goede)
- Some small tweaks to the kerneldoc describing the 2 properties

Changes in v4 (Hans de Goede)
- Change the "Enabled, locked" and "Disabled, locked" hw-state enum value
names to "Enabled-locked" and "Disabled-locked". The xrandr command shows
all possible enum values separated by commas in its output, so having a
comma in an enum name is not a good idea.
- Do not add a privacy_screen_hw_state member to drm_connector_state
since this property is immutable its value must be directly stored in the
  obj-&gt;properties-&gt;values array
