net: remove single-byte netdev->dev_addr writes

Make the drivers which use single-byte netdev addresses (netdev->addr_len == 1) use the appropriate address setting helpers. arcnet copies from int variables and io reads a lot, so add a helper for arcnet drivers to use. Similar helper could be reused for phonet and appletalk but there isn't any good central location where we could put it, and netdevice.h is already very crowded. If some of the allocations fail between the dev_set_name() and the device_register() then the name will not be freed. Fix this by moving dev_set_name() directly in front of the call to device_register(). HSI: Fix PM usage counter unbalance in ssi_hw_init

pm_runtime_get_sync will increment pm usage counter even it failed. Forgetting to putting operation will result in reference leak here. We fix it by replacing it with pm_runtime_resume_and_get to keep usage counter balanced. treewide: replace '---help---' in Kconfig files with 'help'

Since commit 84af7a6194e4 ("checkpatch: kconfig: prefer 'help' over '---help---'"), the number of '---help---' has been gradually decreasing, but there are still more than 2400 instances. This commit finishes the conversion. While I touched the lines, I also fixed the indentation. There are a variety of indentation styles found. a) 4 spaces + '---help---' b) 7 spaces + '---help---' c) 8 spaces + '---help---' d) 1 space + 1 tab + '---help---' e) 1 tab + '---help---' (correct indentation) f) 1 tab + 1 space + '---help---' g) 1 tab + 2 spaces + '---help---' In order to convert all of them to 1 tab + 'help', I ran the following commend: $ find . -name 'Kconfig*' | xargs sed -i 's/^[[:space:]]*---help---/\thelp/' Signed-off-by: Masahiro Yamada
