If bus_register fails. On its error handling path, it has cleaned up what it has done. There is no need to call bus_unregister again. memstick: mspro_block: Fix an error code in mspro_block_issue_req()

We accidentally changed the error code from -EAGAIN to 1 when we did the blk-mq conversion. Maybe a contributing factor to this mistake is that it wasn't obvious that the "while (chunk) {" condition is always true. I have cleaned that up as well. Most of them have been baking in linux-next for a whole development cycle. And with Stephen Rothwell's help, we've had linux-next nag-emails going out for newly introduced code that triggers -Wimplicit-fallthrough to avoid gaining more of these cases while we work to remove the ones that are already present. We are getting close to completing this work. Currently, there are only 32 of 2311 of these cases left to be addressed in linux-next.
