Commit 44144185951a0f ("hv_netvsc: Add validation for untrusted Hyper-V
values") added validation to rndis_filter_receive_data() (and
rndis_filter_receive()) which introduced NVSP_STAT_FAIL-scenarios where
the count is not updated/reset.  Fix this omission, and prevent similar
scenarios from occurring in the future.

Start to use the lockless version of netdev_notify_peers.
Call the helper where notify variable used to be set true.
Remove the notify bool variable and sort the variables
in reverse Christmas tree order.

Add napi_id to the xdp_rxq_info structure, and make sure the XDP
socket pick up the napi_id in the Rx path. The napi_id is used to find
the corresponding NAPI structure for socket busy polling.

Lack of validation could lead to out-of-bound reads and information
leaks (cf. usage of nvdev-&gt;chan_table[]).  Check that the number of
allocated sub-channels fits into the expected range.

linux/netdevice.h is included in very many places, touching any
of its dependecies causes large incremental builds.

Drop the linux/ethtool.h include, linux/netdevice.h just needs
a forward declaration of struct ethtool_ops.

Fix all the places which made use of this implicit include.

Currently, pointers to guest memory are passed to Hyper-V as
transaction IDs in netvsc. In the face of errors or malicious
behavior in Hyper-V, netvsc should not expose or trust the transaction
IDs returned by Hyper-V to be valid guest memory addresses. Instead,
use small integers generated by vmbus_requestor as requests
(transaction) IDs.
