Commit fcb26ec5b18d ("broadcom: move all PHY_ID's to header") updated broadcom_tbl to use PHY_IDs, but incorrectly replaced 0x0143bca0 with PHY_ID_BCM5482 (making a duplicate entry, and completely omitting the original). Commit 439d39a9ac8fbbba9c04581361188f33f21ced50 ("net: phy: broadcom: extract register definitions") added a bunch of registers to brcmphy.h but left some to broadcom.c, move all of them to the header file since the BCM54xx and BCM7xxx PHY drivers do share all of these registers. Use the new register/unregister functions in all drivers registering more than one driver. amd.c, realtek.c: Simplify: directly return registration result.
