lan743x: Remove MAC Reset from initialization

The MAC Reset was noticed to erase important EEPROM settings. It is also unnecessary since a chip wide reset was done earlier in initialization, and that reset preserves EEPROM settings. net/mlx5e: RX, Fix wrong early return in receive queue poll

When the completion queue of the RQ is empty, do not immediately return. If left-over decompressed CQEs (from the previous cycle) were processed, need to go to the finalization part of the poll function. Bug exists only when CQE compression is turned ON. bnxt_en: Fix ethtool self-test loopback.

The current code has 2 problems. It assumes that the RX ring for the loopback packet is combined with the TX ring. This is not true if the ethtool channels are set to non-combined mode. The second problem is that it won't work on 57500 chips without adjusting the logic to get the proper completion ring (cpr) pointer.
