parisc: %pf is only for function pointers

Use %ps for actual addresses, otherwise you'll get bad output on arches like parisc64 where %pf expects a function descriptor. This wasn't normally seen on parisc64 because the code is not built unless DEBUG_SUPERIO_INIT is manually defined. Patch modified by Helge Deller to utilize KERN_DEBUG. parisc: Eliminate sg_virt_addr() and private scatterlist.h

The only reason to keep parisc's private asm/scatterlist.h was that it had the macro sg_virt_addr(). Convert all callers to use something else (sometimes just sg->offset was enough, others should use sg_virt()), and we can just use the asm-generic scatterlist.h instead. Every PCI-PCI bridge window should fit inside an upstream bridge window because orphaned address space is unreachable from the primary side of the upstream bridge. If we inherit invalid bridge windows that overlap an upstream window from firmware, clip them to fit and update the bridge accordingly.
