staging: android: binder: move to the "real" part of the kernel

The Android binder code has been "stable" for many years now. No matter what comes in the future, we are going to have to support this API, so might as well move it to the "real" part of the kernel as there's no real work that needs to be done to the existing code. android: convert sync to fence api, v6

Just to show it's easy. Android syncpoints can be mapped to a timeline. This removes the need to maintain a separate api for synchronization. Loads of changes here, and we just narrowly added more lines than we added: 622 files changed, 28356 insertions(+), 26059 deletions(-) But, good news is that there is a number of subsystems that moved out of the staging tree, to their respective "real" portions of the kernel.
