The ccree driver is now in the cryptodev tree, so remove it from
drivers/staging as it's no longer needed here.

Based on a patch from Gilad, but the mailing list didn't like it :(

<title>staging: ccree: move FIPS support to kernel infrastructure</title>

The ccree driver had its own FIPS support, complete with
a test harness comparable to crypto testmgr and an
implementation which disables crypto functionality on
FIPS test error detection, either in Linux or from TEE.

This patch removes the duplication, while reimplementing
the handling of TEE reported FIPS errors according to the
kernel policy of inducing a panic in such an event.

The ccree driver has build time configurable support
to work on top of coherent (e.g. ACP) vs. none coherent bus
connections. Turn it to run-time configurable option
based on device tree.

A rare randconfig build error shows up when we have CONFIG_CRYPTO=m
in combination with a built-in CCREE driver:

crypto/hmac.o: In function `hmac_update':

ssi_cipher.c:(.text.ssi_ablkcipher_alloc+0x274): undefined reference to `crypto_blkcipher_type'

We actually need to depend on both CRYPTO and CRYPTO_HW here to avoid the
problem, since CRYPTO_HW is a bool symbol and by itself that does not
force CCREE to be a loadable module when the core cryto support is modular.
