In practice, it is being hard to distinguish when a patch
should go to staging tree or to the media tree. Better
to distinguish it, by putting the media drivers at a
separate staging directory. Newer staging drivers that include
anything with "dvb*.h", "v4l2*.h" or "videodev2.h" should
go to the drivers/staging/media tree.

Usage of these flags has been deprecated for nearly 4 years by:

    commit f77bf01425b11947eeb3b5b54685212c302741b8
    Author: Sam Ravnborg <sam@neptun.(none)>
    Date: Mon Oct 15 22:25:06 2007 +0200

        kbuild: introduce ccflags-y, asflags-y and ldflags-y

Moreover, these flags (at least EXTRA_CFLAGS) have been documented for command
line use. By default, gmake(1) do not override command line setting, so this is
likely to result in build failure or unexpected behavior.

Replace their usage by Kbuild's `{as,cc,ld}flags-y'.

There is nothing that the BKL can possibly
protect here, so just remove it.

The Remote Controller subsystem is meant to be used not only by Infra Red
but also for similar types of Remote Controllers. The core is not specific
to Infra Red. As such, rename:
	- ir-core.h to rc-core.h
	- IR_CORE to RC_CORE
	- namespace inside rc-core.c/rc-core.h

To be consistent with the other changes.

No functional change on this patch.

cx88 only depends on VIDEO_IR because it needs ir_extract_bits().
Move that function to ir-core.h and make it inline.

Lots of drivers had dependencies on VIDEO_IR when they really
wanted IR_CORE.

The only remaining drivers to depend on VIDEO_IR are bt8xx and
saa7134 (ir_rc5_timer_end is the only function exported by
ir-functions).

Rename VIDEO_IR -> IR_LEGACY to give a hint to anyone writing or
converting drivers to IR_CORE that they do not want a dependency
on IR_LEGACY.

This was done to handle a number of conflicts in the batman-adv
and winbond drivers properly. It also now allows us to fix up the sysfs
attributes properly that were not in the .37 release due to them being
only in this tree at the time.
