zcache is obsolete and not used anymore, Bob Liu has rewritten it and is
submitting it for inclusion through the main -mm tree, as it should have
been done in the first place...

[V2: no code changes, patchset now generated via git format-patch -M]

In staging, rename ramster to zcache

The original zcache in staging was a "demo" version, and this new zcache
is a significant rewrite. While certain disagreements were being resolved,
both "old zcache" and "new zcache" needed to reside in the staging tree
simultaneously. In order to minimize code change and churn, the newer
version of zcache was temporarily merged into the "ramster" staging driver
which, prior to that, had at one time heavily leveraged the older version
of zcache. So, recently, "new zcache" resided in the ramster directory.

Got that? No? Sorry, temporary political compromises are rarely pretty.

The older version of zcache is no longer being maintained and has now
been removed from the staging tree. So now the newer version of zcache
can rightfully reclaim sole possession of the name "zcache".

FYI, this [PATCH 2/5] is simply a "git mv" generated by "git format-patch -M".

zcache is only building tmem.c and not building zcache.c. To keep the
module name, zcache.c must be renamed if symbols from tmem.c are to
remain unexported.

<title>staging: Allow sharing xvmalloc for zram and zcache</title>

Both zram and zcache use xvmalloc allocator. If xvmalloc
is compiled separately for both of them, we will get linker
error if they are both selected as "built-in". We can also
get linker error regarding missing xvmalloc symbols if zram
is not built.

So, we now compile xvmalloc separately and export its symbols
which are then used by both of zram and zcache.

[PATCH V2 3/3] drivers/staging: zcache: misc build/config

Makefiles and Kconfigs to build zcache in drivers/staging

There is a dependency on xvmalloc.* which in 2.6.37 resides
in drivers/staging/zram. Should this move or disappear,
some Makefile/Kconfig changes will be required.
