Get rid of 'remove_new' relic from platform driver struct

The continual trickle of small conversion patches is grating on me, and is really not helping. Just get rid of the 'remove_new' member function, which is just an alias for the plain 'remove', and had a comment to that effect: /* * .remove_new() is a relic from a prototype conversion of .remove(). * New drivers are supposed to implement .remove(). Once all drivers are * converted to not use .remove_new any more, it will be dropped. */ This was just a tree-wide 'sed' script that replaced '.remove_new' with '.remove', with some care taken to turn a subsequent tab into two tabs to make things line up. I did do some minimal manual whitespace adjustment for places that used spaces to line things up. Then I just removed the old (sic) .remove_new member function, and this is the end result. Pull char/misc/IIO/whatever driver subsystem updates from Greg KH: "Here is the 'big and hairy' char/misc/iio and other small driver subsystem updates for 6.13-rc1. Loads of things in here, and even a fun merge conflict! - rust misc driver bindings and other rust changes to make misc drivers actually possible. I think this is the tipping point, expect to see way more rust drivers going forward now that these bindings are present. Next merge window hopefully we will have pci and platform drivers working, which will fully enable almost all driver subsystems to start accepting (or at least getting) rust drivers. The mmap() callbacks should not modify the struct bin_attribute passed as argument. Enforce this by marking the argument as const. As there are not many callback implementers perform this change throughout the tree at once. Drivers: hv: vmbus: Fix rescind handling in uio_hv_generic

Rescind offer handling relies on rescind callbacks for some of the resources cleanup, if they are registered. It does not unregister vmbus device for the primary channel closure, when callback is registered. Without it, next onoffer does not come, rescind flag remains set and device goes to unusable state. Add logic to unregister vmbus for the primary channel in rescind callback to ensure channel removal and relid release, and to ensure that next onoffer can be received and handled properly. uio_hv_generic: Fix kernel NULL pointer dereference in hv_uio_rescind

For primary VM Bus channels, primary_channel pointer is always NULL. This pointer is valid only for the secondary channels. Also, rescind callback is meant for primary channels only. Fix NULL pointer dereference by retrieving the device_obj from the parent for the primary channel.
