omapfb: panel-dsi-cm: Remove deprecated create_singlethread_workqueue

The workqueue "workqueue" has only a single workitem(&ddata->ulps_work) and hence doesn't require ordering. Also, it is not being used on a memory reclaim path. Hence, the singlethreaded workqueue has been replaced with the use of system_wq. System workqueues have been able to handle high level of concurrency for a long time now and hence it's not required to have a singlethreaded workqueue just to gain concurrency. Unlike a dedicated per-cpu workqueue created with create_singlethread_workqueue(), system_wq allows multiple work items to overlap executions even on the same CPU; however, a per-cpu workqueue doesn't have any CPU locality or global ordering guarantee unless the target CPU is explicitly specified and thus the increase of local concurrency shouldn't make any difference. dsicm_remove() calls dsicm_cancel_ulps_work which uses cancel_delayed_work() to ensure that there are no pending tasks while disconnecting the driver. omapfb: Fix regulator API abuse in dss.c and hdmi4/5.c

The voltage changing code in this driver is broken and should be removed. The driver sets a single, exact voltage on probe. Unless there is a very good reason for this (which should be documented in comments) constraints like this need to be set via the machine constraints, voltage setting in a driver is expected to be used in cases where the voltage varies at runtime. In addition client drivers should almost never be calling regulator_can_set_voltage(), if the device needs to set a voltage it needs to set the voltage and the regulator core will handle the case where the regulator is fixed voltage. dma-mapping: use unsigned long for dma_attrs

The dma-mapping core and the implementations do not change the DMA attributes passed by pointer. Thus the pointer can point to const data. However the attributes do not have to be a bitfield. Instead unsigned long will do fine: 1. This is just simpler. Both in terms of reading the code and setting attributes. Instead of initializing local attributes on the stack and passing pointer to it to dma_set_attr(), just set the bits. 2. It brings safeness and checking for const correctness because the attributes are passed by value.
