regno is unsigned so it cannot be negative.

The problem has been detected using proposed semantic patch
scripts/coccinelle/tests/unsigned_lesser_than_zero.cocci [1].

<title>video: omap/h3: fix tps65010 dependency</title>

The h3 LCD driver fails to link when tps65010 is configured
as a loadable module:

drivers/built-in.o: In function `h3_panel_disable':
debugfs.c:(.text+0x206ac): undefined reference to `tps65010_set_gpio_out_value'
debugfs.c:(.text+0x206cc): undefined reference to `tps65010_set_gpio_out_value'
drivers/built-in.o: In function `h3_panel_enable':
debugfs.c:(.text+0x206e0): undefined reference to `tps65010_set_gpio_out_value'
debugfs.c:(.text+0x20704): undefined reference to `tps65010_set_gpio_out_value'

This clarifies the dependency so we can only select it if
the dependnecy is built-in.

Commit 1e434f9318efc3dddc0c0b8d2071712668154c2b (OMAPFB: remove early mem
alloc from old omapfb) deleted the support for early fbmem allocation
from the platform code, but some code still remains in the driver side.
Delete this code now, as it repotedly causes build issues on !MMU.

The patch was tested on Amstrad E3 and Nokia 770 and framebuffer
functionality is not affected.

The framebuffer layer can be a loadable module, which forces
omapfb to be a module as well. However, this breaks the lcd
drivers, which are linked into the omapfb driver but each
have their own module_init() function. To solve this,
we split out the lcd drivers into separate modules and
export omapfb_register_panel, which is the only interface
required between the main omapfb driver and the lcd panel
drivers.

We also have to introduce a new Kconfig symbol for H3, since
that lcd driver has a dependency on TPS65010, which we can
express better in Kconfig than Makefile syntax.

The drivers/video directory is a mess. It contains generic video related
files, directories for backlight, console, linux logo, lots of fbdev
device drivers, fbdev framework files.

Make some order into the chaos by creating drivers/video/fbdev
directory, and move all fbdev related files there.

No functionality is changed, although I guess it is possible that some
subtle Makefile build order related issue could be created by this
patch.
