Pull XArray conversion from Matthew Wilcox: "The XArray provides an improved interface to the radix tree data structure, providing locking as part of the API, specifying GFP flags at allocation time, eliminating preloading, less re-walking the tree, more efficient iterations and not exposing RCU-protected pointers to its users. This patch set 1. Introduces the XArray implementation 2. Converts the pagecache to use it 3. Converts memremap to use it The page cache is the most complex and important user of the radix tree, so converting it was most important. Converting the memremap code removes the only other user of the multiorder code, which allows us to remove the radix tree code that supported it. xarray: Add XArray load operation

The xa_load function brings with it a lot of infrastructure; xa_empty(), xa_is_err(), and large chunks of the XArray advanced API that are used to implement xa_load. As the test-suite demonstrates, it is possible to use the XArray functions on a radix tree. The radix tree functions depend on the GFP flags being stored in the root of the tree, so it's not possible to use the radix tree functions on an XArray. Signed-off-by: Matthew Wilcox

lib: Add memcat_p(): paste 2 pointer arrays together

This adds a helper to paste 2 pointer arrays together, useful for merging various types of attribute arrays. There are a few places in the kernel tree where this is open coded, and I just added one more in the STM class. The naming is inspired by memset_p() and memcat(), and partial credit for it goes to Andy Shevchenko. This patch adds the function wrapped in a type-enforcing macro and a test module. ARM: 8800/1: use choice for kernel unwinders

While in theory multiple unwinders could be compiled in, it does not make sense in practise. Use a choice to make the unwinder selection mutually exclusive and mandatory. Already before this commit it has not been possible to deselect FRAME_POINTER. Remove the obsolete comment. Furthermore, to produce a meaningful backtrace with FRAME_POINTER enabled the kernel needs a specific function prologue: mov ip, sp stmfd sp!, {fp, ip, lr, pc} sub fp, ip, #4 To get to the required prologue gcc uses apcs and no-sched-prolog. This compiler options are not available on clang, and clang is not able to generate the required prologue. Make the FRAME_POINTER config symbol depending on !clang.
