Add #define pr_fmt(fmt) as appropriate. Add "IPv6: " to appropriate files. Convert printk(KERN_ to pr_ (but not KERN_DEBUG). Standardize on "%s: " not "%s(): " when emitting __func__. ipcomp: Avoid duplicate calls to ipcomp_destroy

When ipcomp_tunnel_attach fails we will call ipcomp_destroy twice. This may lead to double-frees on certain structures. As there is no reason to explicitly call ipcomp_destroy, this patch removes it from ipcomp*.c and lets the standard xfrm_state destruction take place. I'm not sure about rcu stuff near kmem cache destruction: * checks for non-empty hashes look bogus, they're done _before_ rcu_berrier() * unregistering netns ops is done before kmem_cache destoy (as it should), and unregistering involves rcu barriers by itself So it looks nothing should be done.
