Most forwarding tests invoke simple_if_init() to set up a VRF-based "host" and simple_if_fini() to tear it down again. Add a helper, adf_simple_if_init(), which is like simple_if_fini(), but takes care of scheduling the cleanup automatically. Convert the tests that currently use defer to schedule the cleanup. Add a helper, adf_vrf_prepare(), which is like vrf_prepare(), but takes care of scheduling the cleanup automatically. Convert a number of tests that currently use defer to schedule the cleanup. selftests: RED: Use defer for test cleanup

Instead of having a suite of dedicated cleanup functions, use the defer framework to schedule cleanups right as their setup functions are run. The sleep after stop_traffic() in mlxsw selftests is necessary, but scheduling it as "defer sleep; defer stop_traffic" is silly. Instead, add a local helper to stop traffic and sleep afterwards. When run on a slow machine, the scheduler traffic tests can be expected to fail, and should be reported as XFAIL in that case. Therefore run these tests through the perf_sensitive wrapper. This test is inspired by the mlxsw RED selftest. It is much simpler to set up (also because there is no point in testing PRIO / RED encapsulation).
