selftests/nolibc: enable -Wundef

Users might use -Wundef, so also use it in the nolibc testsuite to ensure no warnings are triggered. The existing line with warning options is getting too long, so move all warnings to a dedicated line. When NOLIBC_IGNORE_ERRNO is set, various bits of nolibc are disabled. Make sure that all the ifdeffery does not result in any compilation errors by compiling a dummy source file.
