maint: avoid new syntax-check failure
Pulling in the latest gnulib triggered a new false-positive
syntax-check failure.
* cfg.mk (exclude_file_name_regexp--sc_prohibit_always-defined_macros):
Exempt remove.c; its definitions of DT_UNKNOWN, DT_DIR and DT_LNK are
harmless.
