maint: rename a test
Lesson: do not include details like "4 million" in a file name.
* tests/rm/many-dir-entries-vs-OOM: Renamed from ...
* tests/rm/4-million-entry-dir: ...this.
* tests/Makefile.am (TESTS): Reflect renaming.
