Merge branch 'jk/fast-import-history-bugfix'
The memory ownership model of the "git fast-import" got
straightened out.
* jk/fast-import-history-bugfix:
fast-import: duplicate into history rather than passing ownership
fast-import: duplicate parsed encoding string
