2025-07-23	config: drop `git_config()` wrapper	Patrick Steinhardt	2	-2/+2
	In 036876a1067 (config: hide functions using `the_repository` by default, 2024-08-13) we have moved around a bunch of functions in the config subsystem that depend on `the_repository`. Those function have been converted into mere wrappers around their equivalent function that takes in a repository as parameter, and the intent was that we'll eventually remove those wrappers to make the dependency on the global repository variable explicit at the callsite. Follow through with that intent and remove `git_config()`. All callsites are adjusted so that they use `repo_config(the_repository, ...)` instead. While some callsites might already have a repository available, this mechanical conversion is the exact same as the current situation and thus cannot cause any regression. 2018-08-29	mailinfo: support format=flowed	René Scharfe	3	-0/+2559
	Add best-effort support for patches sent using format=flowed (RFC 3676). Remove leading spaces ("unstuff"), remove soft line breaks (indicated by space + newline), but leave the signature separator (dash dash space newline) alone. Warn in git am when encountering a format=flowed patch, because any trailing spaces would most probably be lost, as the sending MUA is encouraged to remove them when preparing the email. Provide a test patch formatted by Mozilla Thunderbird 60 using its default configuration. It reuses the contents of the file mailinfo.c before and after this patch.
