dt-bindings: input: document Novatek NVT touchscreen controller
Document the Novatek NVT touchscreen controller present in devices like
qcom/sdm845-xiaomi-beryllium-tianma.dts. Also, include the devictree
binding file in the MAINTAINERS file.
