ASoC: dmic: add regulator support
Merge series from Olivier Moysan <olivier.moysan@foss.st.com>:
Digital microphones may be supplied by a regulator. Add regulator
support in dmic codec, to allow power management of the regulator
through the ASoC DAPM widgets.
