arm64: dts: qcom: sar2130p: use TAG_ALWAYS for MDSS's mdp0-mem path
Switch the main memory interconnect of the MDSS device to use
QCOM_ICC_TAG_ALWAYS instead of _ACTIVE_ONLY.
