ASoC: amd: ps: add comments for DMA irq bits mapping
Add comments for DMA stream id and IRQ bit mapping in
ACP_EXTERNAL_CNTL & ACP_EXTERNAL_CNTL1 registers for
SDW0 and SDW1 manager instances.
