powerpc/64s/exception: Remove unused SOFTEN_VALUE_0x980
Remove SOFTEN_VALUE_0x980, it's been unused since commit
dabe859ec636 ("powerpc: Give hypervisor decrementer interrupts their
own handler") (Sep 2012).
