drm/amdkfd: Add back CWSR trap handler for GFX 12.1
CWSR Trap handler for GFX 12.1 was missed when merging changes
from 6.14 NPI branch to 6.16 NPI branch. This change adds back
the CWSR trap handler for GFX 12.1.
