staging: rtl8723bs: Remove rtw_btcoex_HAL_Initialize()
Remove function rtw_btcoex_HAL_Initialize as it does nothing except call
hal_btcoex_InitHwConfig.
Modify call sites accordingly.
Issue found with Coccinelle.
