arm64: dts: qcom: add missing gpio-ranges in PMIC GPIOs
The new Qualcomm PMIC GPIO bindings require gpio-ranges property:
sm8250-sony-xperia-edo-pdx203.dtb: gpio@c000: 'gpio-ranges' is a required property
