remoteproc: k3: Refactor shared data structures
The TI K3 R5, DSP and M4 remoteproc drivers share the same data
structure definitions. Refactor the shared data structures into a new
common header file, 'ti_k3_common.h', and update the drivers to use the
unified data structures.
