media: radio-wl1273: Rename wl1273_fm_vidioc_s_ctrl
Now that vidioc_s_ctrl is gone we want to remove that string from all
the codebase.
Besides, it isn't the correct name of this function anyway. It's clearly a
left-over from the past.
