Keystone SOC Navigator drivers for 3.18
The Keystone Multi-core Navigator contains QMSS and packet DMA
subsystems which interwork together to form the Navigator cloud
used by various subsystems like NetCP, SRIO, SideBand Crypto
engines etc.
