scsi: ufs: ufs-exynos: Fix build warning
While building for x86_64 allmodconfig, the following warning was reported:
WARNING: modpost: missing MODULE_LICENSE() in drivers/scsi/ufs/ufs-exynos.o
Add the missing license/author/description tags.
