staging: speakup: Fix multi-line comment style
Thus using the preferred style for multi-line coments as
mentioned in Documentation/CodingStyle.
It also silences 'Block comments use * on subsequent lines'
and 'Block comments use a trailing */ on a separate line'
checkpatch.pl warnings.
