staging: rtl8723bs: Remove rtw_btcoex_SpecialPacketNotify()
Remove function rtw_btcoex_SpecialPacketNotify as all it does is call
hal_btcoex_SpecialPacketNotify.
Modify call site accordingly.
Issue found with Coccinelle.
