staging: rtl8723bs: remove bPseudoTest from Efuse_ReadAllMap
The function Efuse_ReadAllMap is always called with bPseudoTest set to
false. Remove the pPseudoTest parameter and replace its usage in the
function with false to reduce code complexity.
