drm/panel: ilitek-ili9881d: Add support for Wanchanglong W552946AAA panel
W552946AAA is a panel by Wanchanglong. This panel utilizes the
Ilitek ILI9881D controller.
W552946AAA is similar to W552946ABA, but the W552946AAA only
uses 2 lanes.
Tested on rk3506g-evb1-v10.
