The cpia2 driver does not use the vb2 framework for streaming
video, instead it implements this in the driver. This is error prone,
and nobody stepped in to convert this driver to that framework.
The hardware is very old, so the decision was made to remove it
altogether.

Do some cleanups at the document in order to mark two
literal blocks as such.
While here, simplify two block markups, using the less
verbose option (::).

Most of the driver-specific documentation is meant to help
users of the media subsystem.
Move them to the admin-guide.
It should be noticed, however, that several of those files
are outdated and will require further work in order to make
them useful again.
